By accessing and using ChangeCheck ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

ChangeCheck is a community-powered platform that helps families find venues with baby-changing facilities, highchairs, and other family-friendly amenities. Users can contribute check-ins, spot "treasures" (family amenities), and share their experiences.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Contributions

When you submit check-ins, photos, reviews, or other content ("User Contributions"), you grant ChangeCheck a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content.

You agree that your User Contributions will not:

• Contain false or misleading information
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Contain defamatory, obscene, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Privacy

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Contributions), features, and functionality are owned by ChangeCheck and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

ChangeCheck provides information about venues "as is" based on community contributions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information. You use the Service at your own risk.

In no event shall ChangeCheck be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
